And Ye Shall Find Rest.

This week I studied about keeping the Sabbath Day Holy!! So what does holy mean? When something is holy it is belonging to, derived from or associated with divine power. So in short, how can we keep the Sabbath day holy? We associate it with Christ. The end.

Just kidding... In Luke 22:19 it says " this do in remembrance of me" or do this in my memory. Sunday is a special day, a day to help others (Matt. 12:10), partake of the sacrament, remember the Savior, and to rest. I love the scripture Mark 2:27. "Sabbath was made for man, not man for the Sabbath." Sometimes life is hard, its just how it is, but God was kind enough to give us a day where we can rest, "wherewith [he] may cause the weary to rest" (Isaiah 28:12). The definition of weary is to exhaust or get stressed through overuse or great strain or stress. Are you really stressed? Are you tired? Make your Sunday a special day, and I know you will be rejuvenated!
"And to you who are troubled rest with us" (2 Thes. 1:7). The sacrament is a special experience, invite those around you to come and find rest, to find peace in their week. I know they will be grateful.

I guess that's my spill this week, but as of new news... I have a new companion that is insanely like my sister Kelcee... it's very strange, but awesome! Her name is Hermana Foley!

My question of the week is: How can you better find rest from keeping the Sabbath day holy?
